Who I am

I've spent 16 years in customer service and tech support. Management at a major national office and tech retailer. Web hosting support at Hostica, helping small business owners with domains, email, and servers. Before that, I was the guy at the big-box store who'd spend 45 minutes with someone who walked in frustrated and make sure they walked out with something that actually worked.

That's the muscle my AI consulting practice runs on. Hear what the person actually needs. Cut through the hype. Deliver something that works.

My background isn't a marketing agency or an AI research lab. It's retail floors and hosting tickets. I learned to explain tech to people who don't have time for jargon. I learned that most small businesses don't need a full-time AI person — they need someone who knows the tools, builds practical workflows, and keeps things running.

Three things I do on every job

A client came to me recently. Small consulting firm. They'd been hearing about AI for months — from LinkedIn, from competitors, from their own clients.
