Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information Seth Brand Tech Care collects through quote requests, project work, and direct communication, and how that information is used and protected.

- Payment information processed by third-party payment providers
- Communication records related to your inquiry or project
- Website or technical information necessary to complete requested work

- Maintain business records and support obligations
- Improve service delivery where appropriate
AI-Assisted Workflows
Seth Brand Tech Care may use AI-assisted tools internally to support drafting, research, code support, and workflow efficiency. These tools are not presented as the primary product being sold on this site.
- AI assistance is used only where it supports the work you requested
- We aim to minimize the amount of client information shared with outside tools
- We do not intentionally use client confidential information to train public AI models
- If a project requires stricter handling, that should be addressed directly in the project scope or agreement
Phone Calls and AI Voice Assistant
When you call Seth Brand Tech Care at 323-963-7384, your call is answered by Hailey, an automated AI voice assistant. Hailey identifies herself as an automated assistant at the start of every call.
- AI disclosure: Hailey discloses that she is an AI assistant in the first sentence of the call. You are never led to believe you are speaking with a human.
- Calls are not recorded: Call recordings, transcripts, and audio logs are not stored by our AI provider or by Seth Brand Tech Care. No one listens to your call after it ends. Call metadata (timestamps, call status, duration) is retained for business records only.
- Information collected during calls: Hailey may collect your name, business name, website, email address, and a description of your issue. This information is forwarded to Seth Brand for follow-up by email.
- No outbound calls: Hailey does not make outbound calls. She is inbound only — she answers calls you place to us.
- Voicemail: If Hailey is unavailable, calls go to voicemail. Voicemail messages are transcribed automatically and forwarded to Seth Brand by email. The original voicemail audio is retained by voip.ms per their retention policy.
If you prefer not to interact with the AI assistant, you can reach Seth Brand directly by email at [email protected] or through our contact form.
Text Messages (SMS) and Email
Seth Brand Tech Care uses AI-assisted tools across multiple communication channels. All AI assistants identify themselves as automated when asked.
- SMS: If you text 323-963-7384, your message may be processed by an automated system that forwards your message to Seth Brand. SMS messages are not stored by our AI provider. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply.
- Email: If you email [email protected], you may receive an automated acknowledgment reply. The acknowledgment is sent by an automated system — Seth Brand reads and replies to every message personally. Email content is retained in Seth Brand's email system (ProtonMail) for business records.
- Website chat: The chat widget on sethbrand.tech is powered by Hailey, the same AI assistant that answers the phone. Hailey discloses she is AI at the start of the conversation.
- Automated decision-making: Hailey collects information you provide (name, business, issue) and forwards it to Seth Brand. Hailey does not make decisions about pricing, project scope, or whether to accept you as a client. All substantive decisions are made by Seth Brand personally.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

- The right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Automated decision-making: We use AI assistants (Hailey) to answer phone calls, respond to texts, and power the website chat widget. These assistants collect information you provide and forward it to Seth Brand. They do not make decisions about pricing, eligibility, or project scope. All substantive decisions are made by Seth Brand personally. You may opt out of AI-assisted communication at any time by emailing [email protected] instead of calling or using the chat widget.
