Refund Policy

AI Readiness Audit ($99)

The AI Readiness Audit is an async written review, delivered by email. It carries a specific guarantee, in addition to the standard before-work-starts terms:

• Before the audit is delivered: Full refund minus payment processing fees.
• The guarantee: If the delivered audit identifies no AI workflow worth pursuing for your business, full refund on request within 7 days of delivery — no argument.
• If it identifies at least one viable opportunity: The audit is complete and non-refundable. You're paying for the written assessment itself, which has been delivered, not for a specific outcome beyond it.
• If Seth cannot complete the audit: Full refund, no fees deducted.

AI Jumpstart ($499)

AI Jumpstart is a single AI workflow, built, documented, and handed off.

• Before work starts: Full refund minus payment processing fees.
• After a first working draft of the workflow is delivered: 50% is retained to cover work completed. The remainder is refunded.
• After final handoff and documentation are delivered: Non-refundable. The engagement is complete, and you keep everything delivered up to that point regardless.
• If cancellation is due to a delay on Seth's side: Full refund of any amount paid for work not completed.

AI Retainer ($299/mo)

The AI Retainer is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time.

• Cancellation: Cancel before the next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month.
• Current month: The current billing period is not prorated. No partial-month refunds are issued.
• Prepaid months: If you prepaid for multiple months, unused full months after the current billing period are refunded.

AI Strategy Sprint ($1,500)

AI Strategy Sprint is a 2-week deep dive delivered as a written roadmap.

• Before work starts: Full refund minus payment processing fees.
• After the first week's findings are delivered: 50% is retained to cover work completed. The remainder is refunded.
• After the final roadmap is delivered: Non-refundable. The engagement is complete.
• If cancellation is due to a delay on Seth's side: Full refund of any amount paid for work not completed.

Custom AI Build (Scoped Quote)

Custom AI Build follows the same milestone structure as AI Strategy Sprint: full refund before work starts, 50% retained after meaningful work is delivered, non-refundable after final handoff. Exact milestones are set in the written scope for each engagement before payment.

Legacy Tech Care Services (Existing Clients)

Tech Care is retained for existing clients and is no longer the primary offer on this site. If you're on a legacy Care Plan or Tech Care Audit, the terms below still apply.

Care Plans ($99–$299/mo): Billed monthly in advance. Cancel before the next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month. The current billing period is not prorated — no partial-month refunds. Unused prepaid full months are refunded on cancellation.

Tech Care Audit ($99): Full refund minus processing fees before the report is delivered. Non-refundable once the report is delivered — the service is complete.

Website Projects (Scoped Quote): Projects require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the final 50% due upon completion before delivery. Full deposit refund minus fees before work starts. After the first draft is delivered, 50% of the deposit is retained to cover work completed and the remainder refunded. No refund after final approval — the project is complete. If a delay is on Seth's side, full refund of any amount paid for work not completed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel a plan, email [email protected] with your name, the service or project, and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

Payment Processing Fees

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other processors are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
