Refund Policy

Tech Care Audit ($99)

Tech Care Audit is a focused diagnostic session delivered as a written report.

• Before work starts: Full refund minus payment processing fees.
• After the report or call is delivered: Non-refundable. The service has been completed.
• If Seth cannot complete the triage: Full refund, no fees deducted.

Monthly Care Plans ($99–$299/mo)

Care plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time.

• Cancellation: Cancel before the next billing date and you will not be charged for the following month.
• Current month: The current billing period is not prorated. No partial-month refunds are issued.
• Prepaid months: If you prepaid for multiple months, unused full months after the current billing period are refunded.

Website Projects (Scoped Quote)

Projects require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the final 50% due upon completion before delivery.

• Before work starts: Full deposit refund minus payment processing fees.
• After first draft is delivered: 50% of the deposit is retained to cover work completed. The remainder is refunded.
• After final approval: No refund. The project is considered complete.
• If cancellation is due to a delay on Seth's side: Full refund of any amount paid for work not completed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel a plan, email [email protected] with your name, the service or project, and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

Payment Processing Fees

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other processors are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
