I look at the problem myself and email you a plain-language explanation of what is likely wrong, what it will take to fix, and a flat-rate price. Typical reply within 1 business day.

Pay the flat rate

If the price works for you, pay securely with Stripe. If I cannot confidently quote the fix from your report, I will tell you what I found and what it would cost before any payment.

I fix it

I do the fix and email you when it is done. You get a short report of what was changed. No calls, no meetings, no back-and-forth.
